Arts Night displays student work

Art Club and student volunteers came together for District Arts Night on April 22 to present pieces of work from the elementary, middle and high schools. Sculptures, graphic designs, paintings and many other forms of visual arts were displayed from 6-8 pm at University City High School for families to enjoy and admire. Art Club prepared pins and necklace charms to sale in order to raise money for the club, COCA and Craft Alliance. However, parents could also purchase student work and part of the money would go to the school and the rest to the student. The Kinesis dance team performed different sections of their dances multiple times throughout the night. Along with the with Kinesis performance, the Orchestra also played throughout the night to keep parents entertained.
