Last Weekend, the Lions pulled off a victory over the number two seeded Soldan Tigers on Thanksgiving Day. They followed up with a victory over the number three seeded home team Borgia Knights on Friday in the semi-finals. The lions played number one seeded McCluer North on Saturday in the Championship game and lost a hard fought game to one of the state’s topped ranked teams.

Trevon Williams is a monster on those outside shots, scoring 70 percent of his three point field goals and free throws, and is the team’s current top scorer. Prince Cody is ahead on his two point field goals, scoring 63 percent of the time. Brandon Wagner is keeping up with Prince on the two point field goals, but is lacking in other areas.
